I must say my thoughts on this book were not like everyone
else reviewing it for Amazon, and that's not because of the author's negativity
towards me because I was not getting his review out fast enough for him. To me
this book was written by a very angry person, who although he has some valid
points, it was expressed in a way that almost scares me. There was to much
jumping around from one subject to another. It was written it felt like to me,
by someone who got very angry one day and decide to put all down on paper. There
are many things in this world today that do not make sense and could be done
better, but when you express it this way, it only scares people, instead of take
notice. Anger comes from a lack of patience....so lets be patient.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00825926434870073542noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1784327390224920019.post-41140649121785972682012-02-10T16:20:00.000-08:002012-02-10T16:20:53.038-08:00Coffee and A Good Book: Pegasus--A Dragon's Tale...By Gina Lobiondo...This...Coffee and A Good Book: Pegasus--A Dragon's Tale...By Gina Lobiondo...This...: Pegasus--A Dragon's Tale...By Gina Lobiondo...This is my first review of a child's book, but I can say I did read a lot them to my children ...Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00825926434870073542noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1784327390224920019.post-40343804337364813802012-02-10T15:52:00.000-08:002012-02-10T15:52:29.162-08:00Pegasus--A Dragon's Tale...By Gina Lobiondo...This is my first review of a child's book, but I can say I did read a lot them to my children when they were younger. I really enjoyed this tale because I know If I was reading this to a child, their eyes would be wide open anticipating what was going to happen next on the following page.

The use of the cubs was, I thought, a good idea, because if there is one thing children like to see is friendly animals in their stories. This was a tug at the heart tale, with a just right story line and superb illustrating.

My daughter is having her first child very soon and this will be the first book on Henry's bookshelf!
Well Done! I just volunteered for Books for Soldiers. If your a book lover like me, you must have books lying around collecting dust. I encourage you to send them to the troops and help their morale. It has to feel good to get something from home. You can even send other items as well. Check out their Web site. Thanks!Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00825926434870073542noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1784327390224920019.post-78892055764497360052011-12-25T07:39:00.001-08:002011-12-25T07:39:54.476-08:00Merry Christmas To All!Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00825926434870073542noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1784327390224920019.post-85886392852063735162011-12-16T10:25:00.001-08:002011-12-16T10:25:44.247-08:00<a href="http://www.hypersmash.com/dreamhost/" id="jj800">DreamHost coupon codeAnonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00825926434870073542noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1784327390224920019.post-25070358680323871682011-12-07T06:32:00.000-08:002011-12-07T06:32:05.260-08:00Christmas TreeThe other day, my Wife and I were trimming the Christmas tree, and we realized this was the first year in many years, we were doing it by ourselves. Our kids are out of the house now, living their own lives. Mary took it pretty hard, as well as me, trimming this tree. I then realized that each one of these ornaments has its own little story and memory behind it. The great thing is that these memories and stories are beautiful. So, when trimming the Christmas tree this year, don't take it for granted. Don't take Christmas for granted. We all do because of the hustle and bustle of getting the right gifts. Sit back, take a breath, and realize how lucky we are to have these memories and wonderful stories. Things like this are so precious, we must always keep them in our hearts, and in our minds.Christmas is about family and getting together, keeping your faith..what ever it is,...nothing more. Merry Christmas, Everyone!Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00825926434870073542noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1784327390224920019.post-84097533849557472032011-12-06T12:46:00.001-08:002011-12-06T13:08:49.638-08:00"The Knowledge of Good & Evil" By Glenn KleierWOW! What a great read this was. It was suspenseful, exciting, and spiritual. A man loses his parents in a horrible accident and he vows, with the help of his love interest, Angela, to try and solve one of life's mysteries...to see if the soul does survive death. Ian wants to see his parents again and the steps he takes to try and do this are riveting. There is alot of danger on the road that Ian and Angela take to accomplish this task, plus Angela has her doubts as well. There is a group called the Ordo Arda Christi, who want Ian stopped, because if he is successful, and word gets out, it could be devastating to the Church. By use of NDE ( near death experience), Ian plans on traveling and finding the " Final Reality". Find a comfortable chair and take the trip with Ian.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00825926434870073542noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1784327390224920019.post-80833258045709492162011-12-03T07:38:00.000-08:002011-12-03T07:38:58.460-08:00"In the Garden of Beasts:Love, Terror, And an American Family in Hitler's Berlin " By Erik Larsen I thought this was a fascinating book.It shows the rise of Hitler through the eyes of an American Diplomat, while he is in Berlin with his family.William Dodd and his daughter, Martha are the main characters of the book, but there are many more side stories that will keep you captivated. The Nazi's rise to power is an eye opener. The thing I found most interesting was how America was also turning its back on the Jews as Hitler was starting his, as he called it, extermination. If you are a History Buff, especially around this time period, you will very much enjoy this book.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00825926434870073542noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1784327390224920019.post-18031279864297556022011-12-02T08:57:00.001-08:002011-12-02T08:57:32.828-08:00Book reviewsI'm looking for Book reviewers.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00825926434870073542noreply@blogger.com1
